Single and double bedroom sharing their own private bathrooom with bath, separate shower, washbasin & wc. You have shared use of your hosts’ kitchen, dining room/lounge and garden.
Guests have separate fridge and kitchen cupboard space and are welcome to use the washing machine.
Fully furnished accommodation with bed linens and towels.

John lives here up to 3 nights per week. He has his own shower room + wc downstairs.

This is a quiet road, just around the corner from the Earlsdon Street shops and restaurants, 20-25 minutes walk from the city centre and railway station. Direct buses to Warwick university campus/city centre stop just around the corner from the house.
