On the top floor of a family home: 2 loft bedrooms with their own kitchenette, dining area and bathroom with shower, basin & wc.
Kitchenette has 2 built in hob rings, small fridge-freezer, combi microwave-oven & grill, kettle & toaster, crockery & cutlery.
Please note there is no door between your kitchen-dining area on the top floor and the corridors of the floors below.
There is a washing machine available in the house next door by appointment.
Fully furnished accommodation with bed linens and towels.
Your hosts
John & Nancy live on the floors below with occasional grandchildren and 1 pet dog. You share the entrance foyer and stairs, the dog has free access to the lower floors, but there is a dog gate so he does not have access to your rooms on the top floor.
Please note there is no door between your dining area on the top floor and the corridors of the floors below.
Location
Only 20 minutes walk from the city centre and railway station. 5 mintues walk from the Earlsdon Street shops and restaurants. Direct buses to Warwick university campus/city centre 2 minute walk from the house.
1 visitor car parking permit is available for this resident-parking zone, please let us know in advance if required. There are electric car charging points on this road.
