Guestrooms are accommodations you can rent in a family home, or studio annex. That means a fully furnished room or studio in a nice warm house without having to worry about long-term contracts or extra bills to pay. Some rooms share kitchen and bathroom, others only share the front door so you can be as independent as you like.

We can usually find a room or two at short notice so if you're coming for research at Coventry University or Warwick University, a work placement, to perform at the Belgrade theatre, arts centre or an event at the NEC, come to stay with us - our rooms are much cheaper and friendlier than a hotel and you can feel right at home!
