Guest Rooms Coventry is an introduction service.

We try to find suitable hosted accommodation for visitors to Coventry.

 

Guest Room accommodation is like bed & breakfast, but you make your own breakfast!

 

Our confirmation email provides details (names, dates, room rate, address, etc) of the proposed stay in hosted accommodation. The Guest and Host are then able to communicate directly and Guest Rooms Coventry cannot be held responsible for any property, service, or arrangements made thereafter.

 

Agreements will be made directly between Guest and Host.

 

 

A guest in somebody's home should treat all persons and property with respect. All fees must be paid promptly and in full.

 

Hosts are families/home owners who offer accommodation within their own home/second home.

We encourage all hosts to provide safe, warm and pleasant accommodation and recommend gas and electric safety checks are carried out regularly.  

Guests and Hosts should respect each others needs and privacies. Guests must pay promptly and in full and Hosts must provide receipts for all payments made.

Remember this is not a landlord/tenant relationshop: a guest may be asked to leave immediately if they are causing distress to the host family, neighbours or other guests in the house. In this event any advance payments made would be immidiately refunded. (We have never yet had to ask a guest to leave!)

 

The confirmation email will state the weekly/monthly rate to be paid directly to the host and the deposit to be provided for a house key (key deposits are usually £5, refundable on departure with return of the key). There is nothing extra to pay. We have recommended room rates but the rate for any particular stay can be agreed between Guest and Host. Please note room rates paid in advance are non-refundable.

 

Guest Rooms Coventry charge a single fee to the Host for the introduction, payable once the guest has paid for their first week/month.
