We have 2 houses, next door to each other in Moor Street, the landlord living in one (the Big House) letting occasional bedrooms, and a self-contained 2bed house next door (the Little House). Moor Street is the first turning off Earlsdon Street, so you're in a quiet side street just around the corner from the many places to eat and drink, shop, bank, etc. There are no parking restrictions outside. The Little House
Self-contained 2 bedroom house with extra single room downstairs. Both upstairs bedrooms are large doubles. There is a family bathroom and kitchen, dining room and front room/ extra bedroom downstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped, includes bed linens, wireless broadband and tv.
The Big House
Your host, a teacher called John, lives here and lets occasional rooms sharing the main bathroom and kitchen.
There are 3 rooms available here:
1 single, 1 double and 1 double with en-suite wetroom which we call 'the garden suite' as it has a private conservatory.
