Two very large double rooms in a house with host, our local carpenter. Guests have full use of kitchen and large family bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Arden street is a quiet road just off Earlsdon Street. The house is about 20 minutes walk from the city centre and Belgrade Theatre.

Smoke: host smokes in the living room, there is no smoking upstairs or in the guestrooms.
Allergies warning: there's a cat at this address, it is not allowed upstairs.
